Went out with some friends last night, I was really itching to get out.

Its been almost a year since Ive really tried to do any sort of drift.

Last event I crashed so it has some mental effect, but ill shake it off.

Also first time on external wg setup and it was different

The team here at Era1 is excited to share some news about our

knuckle kit! We have been keeping it on the down low but we are finally

nearing completion and getting prepared to release them on the market.

These are the first CAST geometry correcting knuckle available for S chassis.

Made out of cast carbon steel these are as strong if not stronger than the oem units.

They will outlast any forces your car will ever see, unless you are smashing

into a wall really fast or some other cool shit like that. Heck, they might even

make it though that so, lucky you, thats one thing less to replace. OK, anyways.

These offer 1.7 inches of correction in the front and 2 inches of correction in the

rear, with super duper steering angle up front paired with our

offset steering rack spacers.

Shortly we will be installing the prototypes pictured below on my car

and taking before/after steering angle measurements, with pictures of course.

So you can really see "whats poppin off"

Compatible with stock brakes, z32 front & rear, project mu, endless or

whatever else you ballers are rockin. Pictured are the PROTOTYPES so

they have no fancy colors or nothing like that. They are raw metal. We will

offer them in multiple high quality powder coated colors.

Got my clip on bars installed, also my new throttle w/quickener, black levers

and grips. I had them positioned way lower before but it looked pretty goofy.

Now I gotta come up with an idea for a cool headlight bracket.

Some of you may know (very few I speculate) that I used to have a Batavus

moped I was sort of thinking about building. I freaked out and realized it

was going to be a waste of time for what I wanted. I decided to sell it and

chill for a bit until I found the motorcycle I desired to build.

I finally convinced my friend to sell me his 1974 Honda CB125s. It has been

sitting for a short time half way taken appart and he was planning on

building it, but hes got a lot of projects and I gave him a solid offer, and he bit.

This is the bike I really wanted since its very small (Im a small dude AITE) I think

just around 190 lbs, and it has the oem front disc break and rare ish oem pipe.

Now I just started working on it and ordering parts.

2 owners previous kinda sort of tried to build a cafe bike. The oem

bars flipped over... Looks stupid. I ordered some nice clip on's

Next was removing the stock air box and what was left of the MODDED fender.

Ive had this cafe seat pan sitting around waiting for a few months, so I got to

cutting and positioning.

Then cut off the back part of the frame. I was surprised, this sucker was thick!

This is how I finished out the day. The pan is in a good position might shorten

it even more, but it may leave a uncomfortable riding position.

Tyre Recommendations

Currently Im runing 215/40 Dunlop Star Specs. They are awesome tires

aside from the fact that Rm running them on a 9 so they are not very stretched.

I have been driving around a little bit and have come to the conclusion that they

rub too much.

So Im looking for a pretty grippy, skinny 215/40/17 tire. Im not expecting the

grip of the star spec but still pretty good. Right now I have been considering these

2 tires. Federal 595 RSR, and Advan S Drive. Now Im curious as to what else is out

there and your experience with them. They need to be pretty stretched as I still need

to keep my car very low and with my soon addition of knuckles I need to be able to steer a lot.

Or Ive been thinking about going back to 205 but Im having a hard time finding sticky

or descent tire in 205 width.

Heres what Im working with right now and it ripped/flipped my fender a tiny bit on this

side had to raise it a bit :|

So, I took a trip down to California for the jccs meet there. We took the Garage Autohero

datsuns, ratrod 2 door and wagon. It was quite the road trip, I have never driven this far so

it was a first experience for me. I didnt take much pictures, but my friends did which I

will post those. Here is my documentation;

Alright, so I was planning to "unveil" all the new stuff I had done to my car

at the event today. We hammered everything out friday night, but ended up

having a problem with the fuel pump. By this time we were tired and

I basically said screw it. I really wanted to drive it there, but oh well.

Fast forward to morning, I get a text, "hurry to the shop to prep your car

we are towing it there." I rushed out of the house and to the shop. I cleaned

up the car and buttoned some things up and off everyone went!

side but I cant wait to feel the grip.

Car work has slowed down since the shop is busy, but that doesnt stop me.

I just took the rear blitz apart and I am very excited. They are headed out to get

widened. An inch will be added to the lip making them 10j, with the added negative

offset it will make the offset +7 from the original +32. I figured 1 inch = 25.4mm

added to the lip, 32-25 is 7. Im hoping that is some what correct since I dont know

much on wheel offset calculations. After that process they will be getting chromed

and gold bolts treatment to match the front.

Bit of an update, I picked up a bride brix passenger seat and got some oem

headlamps. Also got hid lights, but no pictures of those since they arnt

really exciting. Its hard to see the lights in the pictures, but I like the way they

look, matches the oem corners better. Also put in a new cam angle sensor

my car is running much better now! I bought some more cool parts, Im thinking a

video update is due soon.

So today was pretty neat. I participated in the annual North West Toy Run. It's a

really big multi forum gathering to donate toys for less fortunate kids. It was

fun, my car didnt explode or anything, got to see a bunch of friends, and

went smoothly so I was happy. Heres some pics (didnt take any at the event)

from after the event today. I think some of my buddies got good rolling shots

and stuff so I hope to post those soon. And as you can see I bought a saftey 21

roll cage, which was my "neat" purchase. Also sold my roof wing, Im liking

how it looks wingless.
